How to search for the products?

To search for products, kindly enter the product name or relevant keyword into the Search Bar located at the top of any page. We recommend using a general description to yield the most results. Please note that the more keywords you use, the fewer products will appear on the results page. Upon finding a product of interest, kindly click either the product name or image for further details.

 

“I haven’t received the order confirmation email.”

The order confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as you place the order. However, if you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder. Occasionally, auto-generated notification emails may accidentally be delivered to your spam/junk folder instead of your email inbox.

 

Can I track my order? 

We provide a tracking number for all orders as soon as they are shipped. This enables you to track the status of your shipment at any time. Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you the tracking number so that you may monitor its progress until it reaches its destination.

 

I have not received the goods. What can I do?

To check the status of your package, please track the parcel by referring to your tracking number. If your package is currently in transit with a normal logistics update, based on our previous experience, we anticipate that the majority of packages will be delivered within the time frame indicated in our shipping guide.

If your package does not arrive by the promised time (PST), please open a dispute and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

If your package has exceeded the promised delivery time, and there is no tracking information available, it may have been returned to the seller, held in customs, or shipped to the wrong address.

If your package has exceeded the protection time but you have not yet received the goods, you will need to contact us for assistance, as you are unable to open a dispute beyond the protection period. We strongly recommend that you open a dispute within the buyer protection period to request a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

The orders can be canceled at any time prior to order processing. In the event that you have paid for an order and require a change or cancellation, kindly contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Please note that once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order cannot be canceled. Therefore, it is recommended that any desired changes or cancellations be made as soon as possible, within the initial 12-hour window.

 

When will I get my refund?

We understand the significance of your money, and thus, we want to assure you that your funds are secure with us. In case a refund is necessary, we guarantee that it will be handled efficiently and promptly by our team at Lighting4Home.

The refund process usually takes between 3-20 business days, depending on the policies of different banks, after the refund is successfully processed by Lighting4Home. The mode of refund is determined by the method of payment used. For instance, if payment was made through a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for payment.
