Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Receipt Confirmation

The order confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as you place the order. However, if you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder. (Occasionally, auto-generated notification emails may accidentally be delivered to your spam/junk folder instead of your email inbox.)


Order Cancellation

All orders are subject to cancellation until the point at which they are processed. In the event that you have already paid for your order and require a modification or cancellation, it is necessary to contact us within 12 hours of the initial transaction. Please note that once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order.


Refunds / Reshipments

Our top priority is your satisfaction. We offer the option to request a refund or reshipment for any products that are ordered under the following circumstances:

  • The products are not received within the guaranteed delivery time, which is within 60 business days, regardless of the reason.
  • You receive a broken or incorrect item, and we must be notified immediately upon confirmation of the issue, within one week.
  • You receive a product that you do not want for any reason, but you must return the unused item at your expense within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Please note that when a refund is issued, transaction fees will be excluded. When a charge is processed, we incur expenses from the card networks (Visa and Mastercard) and payment partners that we work with. These networks establish the guidelines and rules for refunded payments, and often the banks and card networks will keep the upfront cost of a refunded transaction. As a result, we are unable to refund these costs when the charge is refunded.


We cannot offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If your order fails to arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • If your order fails to arrive due to exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control, such as customs clearance or delays caused by natural disasters.
