Notification of Order-Receipt Confirmation

Upon placing your order, an automated confirmation email will promptly be dispatched. If you do not find this confirmation email in your primary inbox, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder. Occasionally, emails of auto-generated notifications may inadvertently be directed to your spam/junk folder rather than your designated email inbox. This precautionary measure ensures that no correspondence is overlooked.


Order Cancellation

Please be advised that all placed orders retain the possibility of cancellation until the processing stage is initiated. Should you have proceeded with payment for your order and subsequently necessitate a modification or cancellation, we kindly request that you initiate contact within a maximum of 12 hours from the initial transaction time. It is imperative to acknowledge that once the packaging and shipping procedures have been set into motion, the option to cancel your order will regrettably no longer be viable.


Returns / Refunds / Reshipments

Ensuring your complete satisfaction remains our foremost concern. We extend to you the opportunity to request either a refund, return, or reshipment for products ordered, subject to the conditions outlined below:

Guaranteed Delivery Time:

We understand the importance of timely product delivery. As per our policy, we guarantee delivery within 60 business days. If, for any reason, you do not receive your order within this stipulated timeframe, please contact our dedicated customer support team. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will take swift action to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Item:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request that you notify us immediately upon confirming the issue. This notification must be provided within one week of receiving the shipment. Our team will then initiate an expedited reshipping process for replacement items or issue a refund for the corresponding items if it is not available in stock. If a return is required to meet the conditions for a refund, we will provide detailed information on the return method and procedures.

Unwanted Products Return:

After receiving the product, if you wish to return it for any specific reason and the product is in new condition with the original packaging, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and the return must be completed within 30 days for a full refund to be issued. Please understand that for products with no quality issues, such as in this case, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before initiating the return process.

We cannot offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If your order fails to arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • If your order fails to arrive due to exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control, such as customs clearance or delays caused by natural disasters.
