I have only used this unit once, but I am impressed with the picture quality and ease of use. Time will tell, but the unit feels like it is built well and should hopefully last a long time.

I thought I had a drain clog and wanted to snake this past a drain trap but I wasn’t able to get it past. I have since used it for checking interior wall cavities prior to cutting drywall to steer clear of pipes/wires and have been happy with its performance. It starts up quickly and is ready to go in seconds. I keep it in a ziplock bag so that it doesn’t tangle up in the drawer.

The tool works very well to extend down pipes in order to view for blockages and other issues. It’s worth purchasing.

This thing is so convenient for looking around in tight spaces. I used it to inspect behind the dashboard in my very compact MGB. It was easy to look along the wire harnesses to look for potential problems, to look directly at the vent hoses to be sure they were connected right, stuff like that. What’s also nice is this device lets you take video shorts or snapshots of what you see, either for future reference or for sharing what you’ve learned with others.

The picture is great. Really like how it adjusts for distance. Always in focus. Good video and pictures. I was able to stop the video and take a phone picture of the camera screen and it came out perfect. Made it fast to send a text of situation.
