It arrived on time, all pieces were carefully wrapped and nothing was missing. Also, instructions were provided. It took my husband approximately 2 hours to put the Chandelier together but well worth the effort, it is absolutely beautiful. It looks even better than the picture. I have to admit, I didn’t expect that this product would be of very high quality due to the price, but I am so thrilled with the beauty and workmanship. I did a lot of Chandelier shopping on the Internet for several weeks before I found this one and I couldn’t be happier!!
