Balls inflatable-just super. When I saw them, I regretted that I ordered only 2 pcs. Inflate with a special syringe (comes complete). Reodically (in my opinion once a week) you need to blow, as slightly descend. Made with elastic polyethylene. Light changes simply fascinating. In the kit there is a remote control, but I have not used it yet, satisfied with the factory setting. At the bottom there is a solar battery in the form of a plate, due to which you can put on a flat surface, also there is an on-off button. If you use for the street, you can either put or hang water, just put on the ground not an option, because they are light and can carry even a light breeze. Well, just like the description and the accessories. The only problem is that when I press the knob it blinks the balloon but it doesn’t do what I put, otherwise they light up pretty well. Shipping in less than 10 days
